Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall store performance. The ideal candidate is experienced in restaurant management, passionate about food and service, and capable of motivating a team to deliver consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant (dining and kitchen)
2. Lead and train staff to deliver excellent service and maintain cleanliness standards
3. Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation
4. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
5. Handle inventory, supplies, and order management
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
7. Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction
8. Coordinate with HR and Operations for hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
9. Achieve sales targets, cost control, and profitability goals
10. Submit reports on sales, staff, and store performance


Qualifications:

1. Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Admin, or related course
2. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B
3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
4. Excellent communication and people management abilities
5. Knowledge in inventory and POS systems is a plus
6. Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
7. Can work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment
