As a member of the Delivery & Integration Service, the L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer is responsible for the successful installation and deployment of IT Europe applications in production & non-production environments. The Deployment Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users and Project Managers.Your future duties and responsibilities:The L3 Application Support - Deployment Engineer will be in charge of the following:● Pipeline implementation on Microsoft TFS or Azure DevOps● Administration of Microsoft Team Foundation● Configuration and applications deployment● Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner. Capacity to raise clear issues/problems to developer or to dedicated teams for resolution● Recommend deployment process improvements (analysis, automation, procedures) in order to improve deployment service quality● Assist in the deployment plan​Required qualifications to be successful in this role:● Bachelor's Degree in an IT or related field● At least (3) years of experience in a Development or Deployment Engineer position● DevOps certification is a plus● Customer oriented● Capacity to analyze and be structured● Good procedures writer● Ability to work independently yet within Delivery and integration service guidelines● Candidate must be open to report onsite at least 3x a week in Alabang.Required Technical Skills:● Microsoft TFS / Azure DevOps Solution - CI/CD (Mandatory)● Windows Server (mandatory)● Web application servers (Microsoft IIS) (mandatory)● Script languages: PowerShell (Mandatory)Nice to Have Technical Skills:● Linux (option)● Cloud solution knowledge: AWS, Azure● Development tools knowledge: Microsoft C#● Database: Microsoft SQL, SQL Query (Basic knowledge)● File transfer protocol: FTP, Shares, or any other solution
