Responsibilities:> Deliver Foundation Skills and Program/Product Specific Training within the required period using adult learning methodologies. *> Monitor Trainee/learner process in Classroom and Transition Bay *> Implement strict adherance to VKPO’s COD, Training Agreement and Policies> Maintain and update modules and other training materials> Identify training needs based on current agent performance and recommend training solutions to address them.> Maintain product knowledge by attending calibration sessions and CPRM> Willing contribute to and participate during other assignments as required Be the forefront of Employee development, and cultivate a culture of excellence amongst employees> Exhibit adeptness in leading discussions, creating rapport, handling objections, managing difficult behaviors and using appropriate feedback methods.Qualifications:> Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.> Minimum of 3 years of experience in training management, preferably in the healthcare industry with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management.> In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, collections, and claims processing.> Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.> Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.> Excellent organizational and project management skills.> Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.> Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
