As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries about insurance coverage, medical claims, billing, appointments, and general healthcare support. You'll deliver compassionate service while maintaining accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.

Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services
Answer inquiries regarding benefits, claims, billing, or eligibility
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
Provide accurate information in a professional and empathetic manner
Document all customer interactions properly
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

Qualifications:
With at least 6 months BPO experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong English communication skills
High school graduate or above
Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
Amenable to shifting schedules and holidays
