You'll connect with leads from various sources, qualify their interest, and guide them through the sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of B2B sales in a fast-paced and supportive environment.What You'll Do: Connect with leads: Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media. Qualify opportunities: Understand customer needs and determine if our products/services are the right fit for them. Schedule meetings: Book demos and sales appointments for our account executives. Nurture relationships: Build rapport with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales journey. Track progress: Maintain accurate records of your activities and customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce). Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals.What You'll Need: 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry, or inbound/outbound telesales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-starter attitude with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce). A genuine interest in technology and helping businesses find the right solutions.Bonus Points: Experience with "warm calling" and social selling techniques.
