Job description
Provides administrative and logistical support to C-level executive(s) managing multiple businesses, working under the guidance of a Senior Executive/Personal Assistant or directly with the executive(s). This role focuses on developing organizational and administrative skills while supporting the smooth operation of the executive's office.

Administrative Support:

• Managing fewer complex calendars and scheduling appointments.

• Assisting with travel arrangements (domestic).

• Preparing and organizing basic meeting materials.

• Managing email and correspondence, under supervision.

• Assisting with expense reports and reimbursements.

• Maintaining office organization and supplies.

• Handling basic research tasks.
Personal Support:

• Assisting with basic personal errands and tasks.

• Supporting the Senior Executive/Personal Assistant with personal arrangements.
Project Support:

• Assisting with project-related tasks, such as data entry and document
preparation.

• Tracking project progress under supervision.
Communication and Liaison:

• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.

• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, under supervision.
Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or Undergraduate Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written and
verbal).

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
● Basic problem-solving skills.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Discretion and confidentiality.
● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
