The Wet Market Development Executive is responsible for managing and expanding product presence in key wet market areas. The role ensures consistent availability, visibility, and sales of products through close coordination with distributors, stall owners, and market operators.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably within wet markets or traditional trade channels.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• Amenable with the working arrangements.
• Strong field execution and negotiation skills.
• Integrity in cash handling and collection management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with wet market vendors, distributors, and resellers.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute programs to drive growth across assigned territories (Pasig, QC, Taytay).
• Ensure compliance with sales, pricing, and collection policies.
• Conduct market visits, monitor product availability, and gather competitor insights.
• Support in implementing trade marketing programs and merchandising activities.
• Manage cash transactions with integrity and accuracy.
• Provide sales and activity reports regularly.
• Ad Hoc: Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
