Position: Partner Development Manager
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: Makati City or Cebu
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (mid shift 3pm- 12am)
Salary: Php60,000- Php70,000
Work Set Up: 3 days on site and 2 days’ work from home

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree
✨ Open for undergraduate
✨ At least 3 years of experience in sales and/or partner development
✨ At least 1 year of experience in handling SaaS/IT/M365
✨ Willing to work hybrid set up
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Identifying and recruiting partners that will drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue
✨ Actively engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities to drive new partner relationships
✨ Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Product, to tailor strategies for partner success.
✨ Provide ongoing account management for primary contact for any business development
✨ Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay updated on trends
