The Role: We are looking for experienced Online Assistants to support our Travel Account team. Your main role will be to assist customers with their travel needs — including bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries — using popular GDS tools such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.

You’ll communicate with customers via email, chat, or ticketing systems, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and itinerary updates
-Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) efficiently and accurately
-Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (chat, email, ticketing)
-Ensure documentation and booking details are updated correctly
-Deliver high-quality service that meets both customer and company standards

Qualifications:

-At least 1 year of hands-on experience with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
-High School graduate (K-12), college level, or college graduate
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
-Must be willing to work onsite on a fixed weekday schedule
