Educational Requirements
Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, or other related courses
Length of related Work Experience
Preferably with at least 2 years related working experience in related field

• Knowledgeable on updated accounting standards and applicable tax laws
• Ability to explain financial data clearly
• Keen to details and can handle pressure well
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Computer savvy ( proficient – MS Office applications)
• Time management, multi-tasking, organizational skills
• Reliable and initiative, can work well under pressure
• Honest, fair and courageous
• Flexible, highly organized and keen to details.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for the development and the effective maintenance of financial records by establishing a chart of accounts and maintaining the same; and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with accounting documentary requirements.
2. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
3. Prepares financial projections.
4. Acts as point of contact between the company and the external auditor.
5. Acts as point of contact between the company and the BIR.
6. Maintains historical records by filing documents; maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
7. Takes charge on the monitoring of office supplies for the company.
8. Responsible for the submission of reports on time.
9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned to him/her by the Management/BOD from time to time.
