Job Qualification:
-Senior High School, College level, or College graduate
-At least 6 months of experience in sales, promodizing, or as a sales promoter
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in beauty products and skincare (a plus)
-Highly motivated and target-driven
-Strong communication skills in both Filipino and English
-Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays (10 AM to 10 PM)
-Willing to be assigned in Ayala Feliz, SM Marikina, Ayala 30th, Estancia, and Sta. Lucia Mall
-Beauty or cosmetics industry experience is required for this role

Job Responsibilites:
-Promote and sell beauty products and skincare items
-Assist customers in finding the products that suit their needs
-Meet and exceed sales targets
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
-Approach customers and do product demonstrations
-Have strong convincing power and be talkative
-Work efficiently with minimal supervision
