- As a Recruiter in our headhunting firm, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting high-quality candidates to meet our clients' talent acquisition needs. You will play a key role in identifying top-tier professionals, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and job specifications provided by account executives or clients directly.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update the internal candidate database
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide timely feedback and follow-ups to both candidates and account executives.
- Collaborate closely with account executives to understand hiring priorities and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment; experience in a headhunting or staffing firm is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job orders and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven by results.
