Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring seamless integration of top talent within our organization. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment mailboxes, producing reports, and updating candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Manage recruitment mailboxes and produce regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System and provide operational support to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct interviews for corporate and leadership roles, leveraging expertise to create impactful talent-sourcing insights that drive business growth.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, developing strategies and overseeing a team of associates to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Represent the Recruitment team in client meetings, providing market insights and facilitating partnerships that drive results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data for recruitment reports and suggest process improvements to optimize performance.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred experience in BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment, showcasing adaptability and versatility
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage high-level clients and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and communicate effectively
