Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies encompassing compensation structures, benefits programs, incentives, and recognition initiatives.
Oversee salary structures, job evaluations, and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
Design and administer competitive employee benefits packages, including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Leverage compensation and benefits data to drive informed decision-making and optimize total rewards effectiveness.
Required Skills:
Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field; postgraduate degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience in the field.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive Total Rewards strategic plans.
Experience with Workday and HR information systems is preferred.
Background in a multinational environment, particularly in BPO, call center, financial, or service sectors, with a workforce of at least 1,500.
Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

This position will be working with American consumer financial services company.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
