Overview Make a difference and advance your career with Chong Hua Hospital, the Philippines' premier healthcare destination Chong Hua Hospital is hiring an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for Total Rewards who will be responsible for the oversight, design, and management of the total compensation and benefits administration programs and policies for Chong Hua Hospital, making the organization’s compensation and benefits structure competitive and equitable in the market. S/he will monitor salary structures, establish cost controls to balance staffing needs, establish a total rewards system for the organization through the application of modern-day HR platforms for rewards, implement procedures and programs aligned with the organization’s overall strategic objectives, and prioritize a competitive employee value proposition for existing and potential employees. S/he also participates in continuous performance improvement and quality compliance and implementation activities that benefit stakeholders. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: define and clarify the philosophy of performance management and the processes required to execute; define, develop, and oversee execution of the closed-loop processes required to manage the strategy; provide strategic oversight by identifying core KPIs, performing competitor analysis, and translating performance metrics into actionable strategies; ensure operational processes link to the strategy; strategize with top-level management on business trends, innovations, and benchmarking; participate as a member of the executive committee in key business decisions and organizational change. Analysis and Recommendations: gather insights into company performance and health to influence core decisions; analyze market demands and challenges in healthcare; measure the efficiency of patient services and systems; recommend best practices to top management and medical leadership; identify opportunities for personnel and company development; coordinate with departments to plan and execute goals and identify growth opportunities; review policies to align with Chong Hua’s business goals. Performance Management: participate in planning and implementing performance management programs and communicate with section/unit leaders; monitor compliance of employee movement and regularization in collaboration with HR leaders; ensure related rewards are communicated and implemented by the respective department/unit leaders. Qualifications With a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any four-year course preferably in Business Administration, or four plus years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. With at least 10 years of relevant work experience and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Possesses leadership qualities to build, maintain, and elevate relationships with Chong Hua Hospital internal and external stakeholders and drive the achievement of business strategies and results. Demonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
