Education: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant
Experience: At least 1 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 4 hours of relevant training

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Attends to the clerical work requirements of the Department/Division such as filing, routing, and answering phone calls in order to complete daily Department/ Division tasks;
2. Assists in the preparation and conduct of employee engagement and training activities;
3. Assists in the post-training and post-engagement reports and evaluation;\
4. Assists in the facilitation of employee trainings, seminars, seminars and engagement activities.
5. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
