Vame is a leading technology company specializing in voice over IP (VOIP) systems. We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Technical Support for our VOIP System. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation and efficient functionality of their VOIP systems.

As a Technical Support for VOIP System, you will be the main point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the VOIP systems. You will collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve any network or hardware-related problems, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and guidance to end users, enabling them to maximize the features and benefits of the VOIP system.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunication systems and a passion for technology. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients using VOIP systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to VOIP systems
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve network-related problems
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on VOIP system functionality
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of VOIP systems for new clients
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in VOIP technology and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Proven experience in technical support for VOIP systems
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunication systems and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
  • Knowledge of SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) is a plus
