The Role

Plays a crucial role in supporting executives and ensuring the smooth functioning of their office. They handle a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to communication management, and often act as a valuable right hand to the executive they support.

Administrative Support

Your responsibilities will include:

  • EAs handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, calendars, and appointments, arranging meetings and conferences, and handling correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Communication

  • They serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. They may answer phone calls, respond to emails, and filter communications to prioritize important matters.

Proactive Support

  • They anticipate the needs of the executive and take the initiative to ensure that tasks and responsibilities are managed seamlessly.

Expense Management

  • EAs often handle expense reporting and budget management for the executive. They track expenses, prepare reports, and ensure that expenses align with budget guidelines.

Adaptability

  • They must be adaptable and able to handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities that can vary from day to day.

Professionalism And Communication Skills

  • EAs often represent the executive and the organization, so they must have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region
  • You are organized and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
