Responsibilities:

Complete weekly billing process for logistics operations in lnfor (WMS system)Complete setups of new customers and new rates for existing customers in lnfor as requiredPrepare weekly billing reportsin excel using v-lookups and pivot tablesLiaise with logistics operations staff throughout Australia via phone and email on billing and customer set upsPerform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks when required in Great Plains (Accounting system)Assist in internal and external auditing servicesAppraise, evaluate, and inventory of property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.Other duties allocated from time to time Competencies:Accountability - Makes no excuses and takes full responsibility for own actions. Qualifications:

College Graduate with a degree in Finance or AccountingWith 1-2 years accounting experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables)With experience in accounting programs/systemsEffective communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
