IMPORTANT: The Quantity Surveyor will be based in our office in Clark Freeport Special Economic Zone, Angeles, Pampanga but the candidate must be open to visit offices in Quezon City (Credibuild Head Office) and other project sites in Luzon (Tarlac, Bataan, Taguig, and Cavite). Travel arrangements will be provided by the company at all times.

Job Role

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the monitoring and planning management of civil works contracts.

Job Description

Provides end to end estimates of projects and future projects.Closely coordinates with purchasing and warehousing to secure proper allocation of materials on siteInspects equipment and tools on a regular basis to ensure optimum condition and that they are being used for the intended purposePrepares accurate reports on project progress and other aspects involving civil engineering in order to come up with the best possible recommendation and actionResponsible for the preparation of full cost estimates on general tender and contract documents in close coordination with other departmentsPreparation of detailed BOM and BOQPrepares progress billing for the site and to the clientKeeps abreast with engineering technology and best practices at all timesPerforms other task in relation to field of expertise as per supervisor's instructions Qualifications Must be a Licensed Civil EngineerAt least two (2) years experience requiredFamiliarity with the following:Vertical (Structural, Architectural)Horizontal StructuresProject Scheduling (S-Curve, PERT/CPM)Estimates PreparationOpen to work on changing shifts while on project assignment with possible overtimeTravel (Domestic) and field work required; all travel expenses shouldered by the company
