This position will handle the following HR focus areas: learning and development, employee engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent retentionDevelop and execute leadership and employee development programs to enhance skills, managerial capabilities, and performance across the organizationFacilitate organization and development interventions and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness, including organization design and restructuringUpdate and maintain competency frameworks and job profiles to align with strategic goalsAnalyze training needs to design and implement development programs across various domainsCollaborate with HR and business leaders to address capability gaps and support strategic initiativesConduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups to identify and act on improvement opportunitiesUtilize HR metrics related to talent and organization development for informed decision-makingPerform other relevant projects and tasks as part of the OD interventionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, or any related field.Demonstrated experience in talent management and organization development, preferably in a similar-sized organization.Knowledge of HR best practices, talent development strategies, succession planning, and change management.Analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, and solution recommendation.Effective project management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Relevant certification (e.g., HR, talent management, organization development) is an advantage.
