We are looking for Chat Suppport Representatives with the following qualifications:

At least HS/SHS graduates with 6 months BPO experience.Email and Chat experience huge advantageAmenable for Shifting Schedule (Dayshift, Midshift, Graveyard Shift)Amenable to Work Onsite (Gilmore, Quezon City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers through chats.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.
