Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
Front Desk Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer serviceRespond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional mannerMonitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requestsManage reservations and room availabilityEnsure the accuracy of billing and payment processesMonitor and review guest feedbackResolve customer complaintsTrain and coach front desk staffMonitor staff performance and provide feedbackMaintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements and Qualifications Graduate of BS Hospitality/Tourism ManagementAt least 1-2 years experience in the same rolePrevious experience in a customer service roleExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven leadership and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of hotel management systemsAble to multitask and prioritize tasksFlexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysCan start ASAP-
