BS Degree HolderOpen to fresh graduatesAbove average oral and written communication skillsAbove average interpersonal skillsJob Description:HR Administration and Documentation
Encodes and updates all employee profile, status, movements, in HRIS and maintains accurate database.Maintains orderliness of employee records and maintains employees' 201 files.Provides support in the areas of generation, reporting, and analysis of HR data and information.Prepares HR related correspondences and announcements.Handles preparation of documents such as contracts, certificates, and other HR related documents. Documents changes in status and personnel movement.Assists in the implementation of Performance Management System which includes releasing and retrieval of accomplished forms and computation of results.Provides help desk support to raters on matters related to the performance management system particularly on common gray and problematic areas.Handles monitoring and routing of employee clearances. Handles DOLE reports, DO-174 registration and other certifications such as DOLE and NLRC Certificates of No Pending Case and the likes. Collaborates and works with Admin Department in securing and processing of employees' health certificates. Employee Relations Provides logistic assistance to corporate events hosted by the department related to training, company anniversary, outing, including cascading announcement, outsourcing of food, speaker, preparing materials, coordinating with the participants, and handling finance requirements. Supports the HRMD Manager in the thrust to do guidance and counseling for employees who are affected by problems (work-related or otherwise) so as to enlighten and aid them in their goal to find solutions to these problems.Handles dissemination and monitoring of employee survey and feedback results. Provides support to HRMD Manager in generation, reporting and analysis of employee survey results. Training Implements Training and Development initiatives such as materials preparation, coordination with attendees, announcements, summarized reports, and the likes.Handles registration and enrollment of employees to external training providers.Prepares and monitors employees' training bond.Sources for Freelance Trainers and cost-effective training providers to meet the requirements of the organization.Provides support in the areas of generation, reporting, and analysis of HR data and information.Records, maintains, tracks employee training recordsHandles the evaluation and monitoring of training feedback and effectiveness and update of employees' training records (201 files and electronic files). Maintains orderliness of personnel records for easy retrieval of files. Other Function Performs other related duties from time to time.-
