Provides support for client invoicing and Credit Control.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Raises billing events and generate invoices on behalf of Projects.
  • Tests new systems and implements the whole process end to end to ensure the system works correctly for the business.
  • Ensures customer account details are kept up to date.
  • Liaises with Supply Chain to ensure credit checks are completed and returned on time.
  • Understands the different billing routes within the business and how Contracts affect the process.
  • Trains new staff on how to use the new Billing System and how it interacts with Accounts Receivable.
  • Runs Scheduled Processes.
  • Helps identify and resolve issues with invoices.
  • Develops working relationships with (range of) internal stakeholders.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.


You'll also have:

  • Previous accounts/finance role.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and ability to deal with a high volume of transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Able to work under self-direction and able to prioritise.
  • Experience of using Oracle Fusion.
