You are genuine, listen to your customers and you strive to deliver clear and concise resolutions. You consistently strive to deliver exceptional service to our employees while making processes simpler and more effective.

In this role, you will support the employees of Zendesk about their benefits as well as coordinating with relevant teams to ensure we deliver timely resolutions and help us stay within compliance.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide great employee experience by answering all Benefit related concerns, inquiries, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps.
  • Monitor ticket queue to ensure that we meet SLA standards set by the management.
  • Work with relevant teams to deliver timely resolution to the employee's concerns and inquiries.
  • Ensure correct data entry (for filing of leave in Workday).
  • Make sure we are applying company policies and procedures appropriately.
  • Keep making our team and processes better.
What you bring to the role

  • Your experience and knowledge in benefits administration.
  • Proficient with local statutory regulations and implementations.
  • Know your way around Google Docs & Workday.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree preferred with demonstrated at least 2 years' HR benefits experience in handling AMER benefit concerns and inquiries
  • Strong knowledge or background in AMER benefits. Additional experience in handling Brazil and Mexico concerns and inquiries is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with receiving open, constructive feedback.
  • Focused and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; accuracy is essential.
  • Resourceful, inventive, proactive and able to independently manage shifting workloads in a high-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers, and employees.
  • Willing to work on night shift and holidays.
