Responsibilities:


  • Process payroll based on attendance
  • Secure approval of payroll sheets
  • Send pay slips
  • Answer queries regarding payroll disputes
  • Credit earned leave
  • Prepare and process payments to SSS, Philhealth, and Pag Ibig
  • Certify loan requests from SSS and Pag Ibig
  • Coordinate enrollment, cancellation, and updates for insurance
  • Schedule annual physical examinations
  • Send daily attendance reports
  • Process utilization reports
  • Send monthly headcounts
  • Arrange interview schedules
  • Issue job offers and pre-employment checklists
  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Conduct HR orientations
  • Endorse new employees to team leads
  • Request ATM transfers for new hires
  • Secure clearances and conduct exit interviews
  • Process final pay computations
  • Release final paychecks, COE, and BIR 2316
