Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of technical inside sales experience in the IT industry with a proven, highly successful sales track record through solution-based selling.Self-driven, motivated, passionate, and committed to exceeding sales targets.Experience with contract or renewal sales while exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Attention to detail and excellent financial acumen.Pro-active and committed to team excellence.A technical background/knowledge would be very highly regarded.Working knowledge of CRM databases.Firm understanding of the Sales Process.Ability to work in a team environment.Skills & Proficiencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients.Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Proactive, independent worker with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
