Job Description:

At Nityo Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Executive to take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in inside sales. Key responsibilities include generating, cold calling, and qualifying leads, as well as providing support to the sales team and upkeeping the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree holder
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Experience in inside sales for an enterprise software company
  • Good phone etiquette and storytelling skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English; conversational Bahasa and/or Mandarin a plus
  • Education: Any graduate/postgraduate
  • Years of experience: 1-2 years
