Job Track Description:

Responsibility Statements

  • Addresses telephone, email, or chat inquiries regarding HR following client policies and procedures.
  • Resolves telephone and chat inquiries promptly.
  • Assists employees and managers in completing necessary forms, navigating HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Investigates any issues raised by clients' employees concerning incorrect payments or records.
  • Provides information to employees and HR on matters related to personnel forms and records.
  • Initiates appropriate actions as directed by HR or the employee.
  • Advises on benefit plan options.
  • Performs other assigned duties.
  • Adheres to all policies and standards.
