• Propose improvements to processes and methods.
• Work within established procedures and practices.
• Develop and deliver training classes for employees on products and technology.
• Design and update training materials and courses based on client or internal needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in a range of operational processes through prior experience and trainings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem solve and provide the best outcome for clients and end users.
