Role and Responsibilities

A Professional will manage accounts within the Credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt

losses, support collections, and support profitable sales.

Perform Financial Transactions

· Establish credit lines for new accounts; review and update existing credit lines.

· Work with Collections Team on Account Receivables issues and resolutions.

· Timely review and resolution of orders referred for Credit handling that have exceeded credit

lines and/or acceptable past due parameters.

· Proactive support of Sales establishing credit lines and negotiating customer payments,

balancing collections/risk management while attempting to keep accounts sellable

· Support International Transactions

a. Perform credit analysis for export customers

b. Acting as an intermediary between Credit and the Divisions.

c. Helping maximizes sales and minimize bad debt expense.

d. Evaluate and ensure the most cost-effective use of credit.

· Other duties as assigned

Educational Requirements

· University (College) degree of Finance or Accounting

Work Experience

· 2-4 years of equivalent experience (including relevant functional activities) (P3)

· Has Financial Analysis Experience

· Has Business to Business Credit and Risk Management Experience

· Has Order Management Experience

Competencies

· Strong analytical and evaluation skills;

· Knowledge on the letter of Credit process

· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with staff at various levels and report to executive management;

· Can work well under pressure;

· Organizational / prioritizing skills;

· Problem solving skills;

Preferred Skills

· Must be fluent in English (oral and written)

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft applications

· Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
