We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include gathering and filing medical bills and records, sending lien reassignments to law firms, filling out balance confirmation requests and reduction requests.

It will also require updating and maintaining accurate lien data in our software. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gathering and Filing Medical Bills and Records:
  2. Collect and organize medical bills and records from various medical providers.
  3. Ensure all records are accurately filed and easily accessible for future reference.
  4. Updating software daily with medical bill details.
  5. Sending Lien Reassignments to Law Firms:
  6. Prepare and send lien reassignments along with medical bills and records to law firms
  7. Track and confirm receipt of lien reassignments.
  8. Maintain a log of all lien reassignment activities for reference and auditing purposes.
  9. Filling Out Balance Confirmation and Reduction Requests:
  10. Accurately complete and file balance confirmation requests.
  11. Verify the accuracy of balance details before submission.
  12. Fill out reduction requests and notify the manager of high reduction requests.
  13. Updating and Maintaining Accurate Lien Data in Software Tracking System:
  14. Update lien data in the Mighty software to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  15. Perform routine audits of the lien database to identify discrepancies with Quickbooks.Skills and Qualifications:
  16. Accounting Graduate preferred but not required, knowledgeable in Quickbooks.
  17. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  18. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  19. Strong record-keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation and filing.
  20. Ability to communicate effectively with law firms, medical professionals, and internal team members.
  21. Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
  22. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and data entries.
  23. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
