Job Title: IT Infrastructure Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of enterprise production servers, file servers, email systems, and application servers.

  • Install, configure, and administer enterprise production servers, file servers, email systems, and application servers.
  • Ensure that computer operations are performing properly for the use by employees, either directly or through subordinates.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software applications, monitor performance, and resolve any problems with computers.
  • Update hardware and software as needed.
  • Coordinate the integration of new systems and applications into existing systems and network.
  • Provide direct support and training to users.
  • Develop maintenance schedules and records for computer equipment and applications.
  • Manage backup and restoration of critical system data.
  • Authorize system access to users and maintain necessary documentation of authorities assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering or any related courses.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA network/security, CCNA is an advantage.
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components.
  • Experience in network configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Experience in deployment, configuration, and managing of virtual machines and virtualized infrastructure.
  • Experience with storage provisioning, RAID configuration, data backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics, and optimize system performance.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and strong documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in server and network administration.
  • Knowledgeable in security tools and technologies.
  • Relevant experience in Fortinet, Sophos, VMware, Windows Server Administration, Linux, Veeam, Native backup, Cisco, HP, SAN, NAS, and SANs.
