Inventory Control Specialist Inventory Control Specialist

Join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance
  • At least 1 year of experience in audit or a related field
  • Knowledge of inventory management or stock count principles
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify and ensure accuracy of equipment and quantities delivered or returned
  • Execute inventory control processes according to established procedures
  • Prepare damage reports and communicate discrepancies to supervisors
  • Perform location quantity audits and analyze deviations with Operations Manager
  • Record physical counts and physical state of inventory locations
  • Report collected data to Inventory Control Analyst
  • Support fellow IC teammates, including IC Auditors and Researchers
