Helpdesk Support Specialist needed to provide technical assistance to users via remote channels, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and maintain clear documentation of user interactions.

We're looking for a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Manila, Philippines. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing friendly and effective technical assistance to users via remote channels (phone, email, chat). You will troubleshoot software, hardware, and network problems and guide users through solutions. You will also escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly
  • Patient and customer-focused attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
