IT Helpdesk Engineer role requires technical expertise to support and maintain computer systems, desktops, and peripherals for a client's office in the Philippines.
Key responsibilities include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows
- Technical skills:
- Windows 10/11
- Azure
- Office 365 Applications (Exchange, OneDrive, etc.)
- Collaboration Tools (Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams)
- Defender for Endpoint
- Ticketing System
- PC to LAN and Wireless network (Meraki)
- PBX/VoIP
- DHCP
- Active Directory
- Soft Skills:
- Business English (Oral and written)
