JOB DESCRIPTION:

Able to handle a team of at least 20-25 people.

-Able to implement management's objective in giving excellent service to all clients and patrons of the establishment.

Set up a Front of House team who will serve and sell all food and beverage products offered in the restaurant.

Able to train and retrain as well as create technical manuals on food and beverage service procedures

Implement guidelines with Bar Captain in creating signature as well as classic cocktails. Specific recipe cards should be created in order to determine final costs for each beverage (alcoholic & non-alcoholic).

Create service manuals which will include opening procedure, service standards, and closing procedure of the entire restaurant.

Train FOH team in food & beverage knowledge in order to sell more and increase average spending of clients/customers.

Report to MANCOM on a daily/weekly basis on sales and service performance. Discuss customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns that will affect the Restaurant's quality.

Meet regularly with PR and events manager to discuss promotions, events, bookings, different customer requirement, and feedback.

Ensures safety of clients and staff at the premises at all times.

Handles performance evaluation of bar and restaurant staff.

Monitor inventory of food and beverage stocks and coordinate orders with purchasing.

Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.

-Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service

-Ensure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service

-Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner

-Accurately manage all transactions during service

-Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels

-Analyzing sales reports, sales and marketing strategies and reviewing restaurant policies and procedures.

-Striving to meet the target sales and maintain a proper flow of communication with the team for sales target setting.

-Take appropriate action to resolve issues raised by customers and provide response/update to the concerned customers as soon as possible and escalate if necessary.

-Ensure that the team follows the company guidelines regarding uniform and personal hygiene.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

Has at least 2yrs experience in the same position or similar.

-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of other dialects and languages is a plus)

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Excellent customer service skills

-Must be able to deal with different types of individuals

-Able to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual

-Works and communicates effectively with a team

-Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
