ROLE: PPT OFFICER

OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:

The PPT Officer manages business development efforts and profitability of existing contracted accounts within the prescribed territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent oversees pay-per-treatment accounts, their profitability, adherence to contract stipulations, and service levelsWork with the Sales team in terms of managing the AR for PPT accountsThe role will lead business development efforts, opportunity seeking, development of new PPT or contracted accountsQUALIFICATIONS:With a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant sales management experience preferably in the medical device, diagnostics, and/or healthcare industry.The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for communication and peer education.The candidate should have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsWith distributor management experience preferred.With a solid track record of people/team management and the ability to cultivate winning sales capabilities.
