What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
The Research and Development Specialist is responsible in the development of flour and flour-based product improvement and documentation.Conduct laboratory experiment to develop new productsConduct laboratory experiments and analysis to determine alternative raw materials and functional ingredients via product improvement and cost reduction, food manufacturing equipment and process technology improvement.Recommend and establish test methods and procedures for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.What are the Qualifications?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Nutrition and Dietetics / Culinary Arts) or equivalent.Knowledge and work experience in technical baking and flour science is an advantage.Must have excellent communication and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications1 Full-Time positions availableCOMPANY OVERVIEWUniversal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
