Verifies total CIV against the bookkeeper's balance.Verifies client signature regarding checkbook requisition, savings / current accounts withdrawals / encashment and other documents.Perform override function for specific transactions upon request of Teller / New Accounts.Check and review the daily branch proof sheet, the transaction tickets and saveplus report.Delivers / receives cash requisitions of / turnover by teller.Ensures that all bank accountable forms and other cash items are properly kept inside the vault under dual control.Balances daily transactions against teller's validation.Performs a call back of transactions, posting media against saveplus report.Checks the late check deposits received at the end of the day, for safekeeping inside vault including unclaimed passbooks.Checks accuracy of bank charges on account with RCOCI, dormant, and those accounts with balances below maintaining.Check the documentary stamps computation on all SSA maturities / pre-termination.Pick-up of cash from other branches to depository bankMonitor and custodian of the CIV Signature Verification of AccountsPrepare reports such as Monthly, Documentary Stamps, Branch's Petty Cash and AMLA for compliance and etc.Check the reports prepared by Tellers/N AC.Check all transactions for the day.Check and prepare Cashier's Daily Reports.Check and prepare BOCU Reports.Custodian of Accountable Forms and Petty Cash for the branchPrepare Spot Inventory of cash and accountable forms in vault.
