Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the financial records and accounts of our Australian branch. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial data, which is essential for effective decision-making and business operations. If you have exceptional organizational skills and a passion for numbers, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for our Australian branch.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and Australian accounting standards.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in AU Accounts Admin.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
• Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup. (preferably i5 specs).
