  1. Undertaking the publication/posting of job openings;
  2. Conducting initial screening interview of applicants and determining their compliance with basic qualification standards;
  3. Administering pre-employment tests, securing and interpreting test results;
  4. Conducting background investigations on applicants for employment;
  5. Referring short-listed candidates to requisitioning department for the scheduling of further interviews and assessment processes
  6. Establishing partnerships or networks with schools, universities or recruitment entities.
  7. Assists / guides newly hired employees in the completion of their pre-employment documentary requirements
  8. Assists in the conduct of the basic orientation and induction training for new employees.
  9. HR Information Management – Maintains and update employees' records
  10. Performance Management - responsible for monitoring and initiating employees performance appraisal
  11. Labor Relations - assists in the implementation of policies and procedures relating to employee; provide administrative support in investigations and hearing related to employee disciplinary action;
  12. Employee Engagement Program - Assists in the planning, monitoring and implementation of employee welfare activities and engagement programs for employees
  13. Training and Development - Assists in monitoring of training-related activities and programs.
  14. Manpower Planning and Organization - Prepares monthly reports on personnel head count and deployment.
  15. Performs other duties and responsibilities analogous, related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities or as assigned by an immediate superior, as necessary. BENEFITS:
