Job Overview

As an HR Shared Services Specialist at RecruiterPH, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Shared Service function with a full range of HR, Training & Recruitment administrative duties. This includes Payroll, Benefits, Background Verification, Document Management, and Attendance and Time keeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Shared Service function with HR, Training & Recruitment administrative duties
  • Provide database security, system administration, and design/alterations
  • Assist with Human Resources metric reporting and analysis
  • Maintain/updates system tables, passwords, organizations
  • Handle end-to-end HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding for payroll processing, compensation, and benefits of employees
  • Responsible to run timely and accurate processes
  • Handle people manager responsibilities, monitor team's performance, and plan reviews/cadence/discussions and coaching sessions
  • Determine opportunities on how processes could be improved
  • Constant coordination with Operations and Department heads regarding employee payroll issues and updates on processes in Payroll and Benefits
  • Handle new hire orientation process
  • Monitoring and validating all payroll inputs, consolidation, and review of all payroll disputes, 13th month pay, and year-end tax annualization processing
  • Perform final review of payroll reports/outputs by validating instructions
  • Handle employee bonuses, incentives, salary adjustments/changes
  • Handle end-to-end final pay processing from instruction preparation, endorsement to third-party vendor, validation of final pay register, and bank upload
  • Handle COE and other government-related documents
  • Adhere to internal controls, reviews policies
  • Very strong knowledge of labor codes and statutory requirements
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for government agencies, internal stakeholders
  • Participate in Internal/external audits
  • Work with third-party partners for payroll and benefits administration
  • Reviews and approves sickness/maternity benefits/salary advances
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate (4 or 5 years course completed)
  • HR Process expertise
  • Working knowledge of labor laws
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in an HR SS role, (BPO experience would be preferred)
