  • Redirect HR-related calls and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team member, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personnel-related data in both paper and digital formats, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all employment requirements are met, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
