The Role

In this virtual position, you will be greeting incoming patients with a smile and reviewing their information to verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and if there is pre-authorization needed from our client to provide the physical therapy services they offer. You will also review medical records, schedule patient appointments, and perform other admin tasks and routine office duties.

Competitive Salary Package (Up to 35,000 total package)Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Night ShiftHybrid Setup during training period (at least 1 month), then WFH with BCP exception

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting patients with a smile virtually (on camera)Reviewing patient Electronic Medical Records to verify their insurance and collect co-pay/co ins/deductible payments before services are renderedCommunicating with insurance providers to assess patient eligibilityVerify patient insurance coverageEntering notes & prescriptions into the patient's recordsScheduling future patient appointments according to their treatment planStaying updated with routine office duties & admin tasks throughout the workday Qualifications Relevant experience in Customer Service, Pre-Authorization, Medical Reception in a BPO settingWorking knowledge about US-based insurance pre-authorization, verification, health claims, and eligibility claimsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a local and foreign teamSales experience in a BPO setting is advantageous but not requiredExperience with EMR Systems is a plus but not requiredLicensure or experience with Physical Therapy, Sports Rehab, Hospital Administration, etc., is a plus but not required If you're the person we've been looking for, you can expect: To create and be part of something truly remarkableFull-time employment with the opportunity of regularization in as short as 3 months A competitive salary package based on your talent and experienceA company-sponsored Health Maintenance coverage for your needs on Day 1Quarterly Performance BonusesPerfect Attendance Bonus10 accrued Sick Leave credits in a year, commutable to cash10 Vacation Leave credits in a year, among othersPromising career growth and learning opportunitiesThe opportunity to collaborate with the other teams and business units in the company including our global business leadersHaving a hand in our mission to uplift those who live in extreme poverty simply by being part of our team of Really Good People About Civicom
