Job Summary: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift, Healthcare Account)
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in a night shift capacity, supporting a healthcare account. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential support to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance professionals while enjoying fixed weekends off for a better work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance professionals.Assist with inquiries related to healthcare benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage.Navigate and utilize healthcare-specific software and databases effectively.Handle confidential and sensitive patient information with utmost discretion and adherence to HIPAA regulations.Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.Requirements:at least 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Comfortable working night shifts with fixed weekends off.Familiarity with healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and medical billing practices.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.Associate Degree/Bachelors Degree holder; additional education in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.-
