We are looking to hire a fulltime Financial Planning Administrator/ Client Service Officer for our Financial Planning team. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile.

As the Financial Planning Administrator/ Client Service Officer, you will be supporting a team of Financial Advisors, Associate Adviser and Paraplanners. Your responsibility includes ensuring client files are accurate and up to date, completing relevant forms and applications, and accomplishing tasks that relate to client projects.

If hired, you will be working from-home with all necessary equipment to be provided. Should there be any change to the work set up, it will be communicated to you in advance.

Team culture is an integral part of our brand, and we take pride in creating a work environment that best motivates our employees. As such, while our Manila team works remotely, we meet for a week once a quarter to encourage camaraderie and deepen relationships.
