Understand clients' needs to identify opportunities to upsell and solve their concerns. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including prompt response to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Represent the company in industry events to expand customer base and explore potential leads. Prepare and analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for business growth. Stay knowledgeable about product specifications and competitive landscape effectively communicate product benefits to clients and address customer inquiries.
