  • Managing inventory inflows and outflows, maintaining healthy stock levels by ensuring timely procurement of supplies.
  • Ensuring timely fulfillment of stakeholder service requests, such as transportation, accommodation arrangements, repairs and maintenance of vehicles, computers, and other equipment.
  • Coordinating with the IT department for necessary computerization and technical requirements.
  • Handling the facilitation of incoming and outgoing documents and goods.
  • Recording, summarizing, and preparing reports on all operating expenses.
  • Overseeing and managing revolving funds and petty cash, including fund availability, account balances, disbursements, and replenishments.
  • Ensuring timely processing of cash requests and advances.
  • Monitoring payments and payables, ensuring they are addressed within the specified time frame.
  • Participating in relevant training programs to enhance operational skills.
  • Assisting employees with HR-related concerns.
  • Assisting in the implementation of company activities and programs.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives within the operations team.
  • Engaging in cross-functional team projects to gain a broader understanding of company operations and improve collaboration with other departments.
  • Performing various operational tasks, such as answering calls, mailing, data filing, record keeping, and other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration or any related course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an office-related job.
  • Knowledge in basic accounting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Valid driver's license is an advantage.
  • Willing to relocate or commute in San Juan, Batangas.
